They are super comfortable and supportive and can be adjusted with ease to fit your boot perfectly. With a 45% Short-Glass/Nylon Composite baseplate, they offer a medium-firm response so they're great for more advanced riders. The Supergrip Capstrap hugs your boot just right and keeps you snug all day on the hill without crushing your toes and the Smooth Glide ratchets are super easy to crank up and adjust. On top of all this they feature the Re:Flex which increases board flex for a more natural feel when shredding. The Burton Cartel comes in two different versions, this is Cartel X version which is slightly stiffer & more responsive than the standard Cartel Re:Flex binding.
